Are you an inspiring woman with a passion for supporting growing organisations? We are recruiting an experienced Services Manager to help develop OSARCC’s next stage of growth. We are looking for someone with experience of managing a diverse range of services, who can help ensure OSARCC provides specialist support to women and girl survivors of sexual violence in Oxfordshire. You will have experience of managing teams, supporting with fundraising, and the day-to-day management of organisations, and a strong commitment to working within a feminist collective ethos, in the violence against women and girls sector.
We provide ongoing support, training, and development, 5 weeks’ annual leave a year (plus bank holidays) and flexible working arrangements.
