Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

OSARCC provides the only specialist holistic service in Oxfordshire for women and girls who have experienced any form of sexual violence.  We also offer training to professionals who may work with survivors of any gender, in order to share our expertise and ensure that survivors are met with the best response possible by as many agencies as possible.

This half-day, in-house course is designed for any HR or management team that wants to do more than just check a box and instead bring about real change.

Course description

Develop your awareness, policies and practices by considering:

  • The nature and prevalence of sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace
  • How to identify harassment and abuse
  • Informal and formal pathways (confronting and reporting)
  • Handling complaints sensitively and fairly
  • How to prevent abuse and make your workplace a safe space


Half-day (3.5hrs) - £450

This includes preparation, delivery and course materials for a minimum of eight and maximum of 20 delegates.  Please note that refreshments and lunch are not provided.
